The Legal Expression and their translation from Latin to English are as follows:
1. Locus criminis-
A place of crime or locality of a crime.
2. Locus in quo.
The place where an action happen.
3. Locus standi
Right of being heard in court.
4. Mala fides
Bad faith.
5. MANDAMUS
A writ issued by a superior court to a person , directing him to perform a public duty.
6. MENS REA
A guilty mind.
7. Modus operandi
Method of doing things.
8. Mutatis mutants
Matter or things are generally tyr the same.
9. Nemo dat quod non habet,
No one can give what he does not have.
10. Nemo judex in causa sua
No one can be a judge in his own case, cause.
11. NOLLE PROSEQUI
Will no longer further prosecuted .
12. Non est factum.
It is not my deed.
13. Novus actus intervenien.
A new act intervening.
