*NOTIFICATION OF CONGRESS* The above named association wishes to invite its members and the general public to her Congress/ Election and handing over ceremony to the new exco. The Congress would feature discussions and deliberation on some salient issues.
However, subject to the Lockdown directive that may be re issue by the Governments of level in view of the *covid19* pandemic, the Congress is slated to hold as follows.

Wearing of face masks is *Sine Qua non*, failure of which may denied you access to the Congress hall.
RULES TO THE PICKING OF THE NOMINATION FORMS.
1. Any candidate desired to hold any executive office must pick a nomination form.
2. The sales of the nomination forms shall commence from the 20th june, 2020 to 29th june, 2020.
3. No institution shall be allowed to pick more then two (2) nomination forms.
4. The candidate picking the nomination form into the the office of the President and treasurer shall come from the same institution (faculty)
5. The candidate picking the nomination form into the office of the president must have served the Association either as an executive or appointed to serve in any of its committees.
6. The office of the secretary is not open to students from 100 level to 200 level classes.
